How to change the email address?​

Once signed up, you cannot change the email address linked to your account.

This happens because once a user signs up, our system links the user email to that account. And once linked, the system doesn't allow to edit or update this email address.

However, if there is a genuine, critical need to update your email address, please contact our support team. We’ll review requests on a case-by-case and then take the necessary steps if an update is possible.

How to change the password?​

Unlike the email address, the password is completely at your discretion. You can change it anytime.

Steps to change your password​

  • Log in to Putler
  • Go to Settings
  • Go to Profile
  • Click on Change password
