How to export the RFM segment to Mailchimp?

Putler has a direct integration with Mailchimp. So unlike other email services, you don't need to first export the RFM segments as CSV and then upload it to the respective email service systems.

You can do it directly. Here's how..

  • Go to the customer dashboard within Putler
  • Adjust the date range to the year your business began. Note: This depends on how much data your current Putler plan has pulled in. (Refer to point no. 2 above)
  • Once the dashboard refreshes, click the RFM segment you want on the chart
  • All the customers belonging to this segment will be loaded.
  • Now click on the export button placed besides the 'Customers' label. Choose 'Export to Mailchimp'
