How to connect your BigCommerce account to Putler?
- Once you sign in to Putler, click on the
BigCommerce
icon. - Fill in your account details:
- Give this account a name of your choice: Add a name for your data source.
- For example: BigCommerce Store A
- Give this account a name of your choice: Add a name for your data source.
- Fill in your BigCommerce API details:
- Client ID
- API Path
- Access Token
- Hit Continue. Your BigCommerce account will be successfully added to Putler.
Where do I find my API settings?
Steps to Get API Details for BigCommerce
- Log in to your BigCommerce store and navigate to Advanced Settings > Create API Account > Create V2/V3 API token.
- Give the account a name (internal use only).
- In the OAuth Scopes section, change the following scopes to READ ONLY:
- Customers
- Information & Settings
- Orders
- Products
- Order Transactions
- Select Save.
- Once you Save, a text file will be downloaded.
- This file will contain the following API details:
- Client ID
- API Path
- Access Token
Once you have obtained your Client ID, API Path and Access Token, you can now use them in Putler when adding a new account.

Already have a data source(s) connected, but wish to add more, then follow these steps.
